Big delivery for The Big Lottery office
SES's contract includes the installation and commissioning of all MandE services to 8-storey St James Gate development for The Big Lottery.
Works for MandE Company SES took a step closer to completion with the delivery of plant equipment, including a hefty 5.5 tonne chiller and 3 air-handling units, destined for the rooftop of the 8-storey St James Gate development in the heart of Newcastle Works must be completed in a tight 16-week schedule in order for client The Big Lottery to move in for February
SES's £2.3m contract includes the installation and commissioning of all MandE services to the development, and will utilise large-scale modularisation methods to the risers, floors and core services.
