National building services company SES has launched a Supplier Exhibition initiative across the country as part of its commitment to Supply Chain Management.

SES has launched a Supplier Exhibition initiative across the country as part of its commitment to Supply Chain Management.

Over 20 key suppliers to the Company have been invited to showcase their products to the SES workforce ensuring it remains at the forefront of current technologies and innovations.

The principal aim of the Supplier Exhibitions is to encourage innovation in building services design, planning and products.

It is also an opportunity for suppliers to build closer relationships with staff at all levels of SES, particularly those who are site based.

Two exhibitions, in York and Bisham Abbey, have been organised in what will become an annual event for the business.

Gary Cole, Purchasing Manager at SES, said, "Innovation is an important part of our commitment to continuous improvement and these events are proving a huge success".

"It gives our staff the chance to see practical demonstrations, understand the impact of legislative requirements and to tap into supplier's expertise about new products and innovations.".
