Leading building services provider SES has announced a number of changes to its operations.

Leading building services provider SES has announced a number of changes to its operations.

On 2 October 2006 the Company will move from three regions to two divisions - North and South.

In addition to this there will be a newly formed Work Winning Team consisting of Business Development, Marketing and PR, Estimating and Cost Planning.

As part of this change the Company will also be focusing more than ever on Risk and Commercial Management.

Each of the newly formed divisions will have its own Divisional Board and Managing Director, allowing each the opportunity to grow.

Mark Perkins will head the Southern Division, which now incorporates the existing Central and Southern Regions, while Peter Lewis will manage the Northern Division.

The Work Winning Team will be under the lead of Business Director David Mason.

Both Managing Directors and the Business Director will report in to Chief Executive Officer Allan McDougall.

The new Divisions will be able to take on board larger and more complex projects, with better access to people's individual skills and expertise.

This has already allowed for a significant number of internal promotions, including a new level of Operational Directors and Divisional Business Directors.

The Company has also taken this opportunity to review its corporate objectives linked to its Vision Statement, instead looking to adopt a number of values including Innovation, Safety, Quality and Honesty and Integrity.

Looking to the future, CEO Allan McDougall commented "The next few years promise to be very exciting for SES.

We are already a leading business in our sector and the two new Divisions, alongside the Work Winning Team, will ensure that we are in a position to remain the preferred supplier of building services to our clients".
