Cascading work for SES
SES Southern Region awarded mechanical and electrical contract to complete the design, installation and commissioning of all services to the new wing at Cascades Shopping Centre.
Behind the scenes at Cascades Shopping Centre in Portsmouth, leading building services company SES is busy working with principal contractor Henry Jones, of the Kier Group, to complete an extensive 18-month, GBP20m redevelopment of the ground and lower ground floors SES Southern Region was awarded the GBP2m mechanical and electrical contract to complete the design, installation and commissioning of all services to the new wing, which will include a new shopping quarter with mixed-use retail units, and a new food court with mezzanine level terrace
