"SES has a strong tradition of providing outstanding training and I am excited about building on this and putting new HR policies and procedures into place to help the organisation to achieve its goals and thrive".

Company CEO Allan McDougall added, "Lisa's broad HR experience in recruitment, retention and remuneration combined with diverse experience in different sectors will bring much added value to the company".

"I'm confident she will make a significant contribution to the organisational development of the Company.".
