SFS intec has launched a new UK website to provide a comprehensive online resource for window and door fabricators and installers, architects and public sector specifiers.

Europe's leading manufacturer of high quality fasteners, has launched a new UK website to provide a comprehensive online resource for window and door fabricators and installers, architects and public sector specifiers.

Visitors to www.sfsintec.biz/uk can access information on all SFS window and door industry products, systems and services specifically in a new Fastening Systems section, which has been created to meet the changing requirements of the market.

In addition to detailed product information on its fasteners for PVC-U and aluminium systems, the website also provides an overview of the added-value services that SFS provides to help its customers improve productivity and efficiency.

The site also provides details on the problem of fastener corrosion and the solutions available, a series of model specifications and a section where customers can download pdfs of SFS literature.

SFS intec's Glen Wainwright says, "As the web becomes an ever greater part of everyday business, increasingly we are finding that many customers in the window and door industry like the convenience of having as much technical information as possible available instantly at the click of a mouse".

"We are also keen to continue making people aware of the serious issues relating to specification and use of poor quality components and our new website delivers this information in a clear and easy-to-use format.".
