SFS intec's revolutionary Pink Strip Type A+ butyl sealant offers a unique 25 year warranty (in conjunction with SFS austenitic stainless steel fasteners) to comply with the air tightness provisions of AD Part L2.

With heavy pressure on specifiers and contractors to achieve lifetime air tightness, SFS intec's new six page brochure 'Not all butyl sealants are the same' spells out the advantages of its new Type A+ butyl sealant to help them get it right first time.

The new SFS intec Type A+ is a new formulation of a highly tacky, long life 'rubbery' sealant which ensures excellent adhesion to roofing and cladding sheet surfaces and accommodates normal thermal movement without compromising the air and weather seal.

It is available in several roll, bead and U channel configurations and dimensions.
