Building partners

A Schneider Electric product story

Partnerships with building control systems specialists to increase the efficiency and intelligence of commercial buildings.

Schneider Electric's Transparent Building Integrated Systems offer (T-BIS) has unveiled its new System Integrator (SI) Alliance.

This move will see T-BIS form partnerships with building control systems specialists to increase the efficiency and intelligence of commercial buildings.

There are three tiers to the T-BIS SI Alliance - approved systems integrators or building control systems specialists, associates and partners.

Each tier has its own level of support and benefits, with partner being the highest.

Systems integrators that progress to become partner companies can expect ongoing technical, commercial and marketing support and will also be given priority into T-BIS projects.

As partner companies grow through cooperation, enhanced business opportunities and annual bonuses are awarded.

Thanks to its open approach, systems integrators that join the SI Alliance have the benefit of remaining independent companies without any exclusive agreements with Schneider Electric.

Members of the Alliance, therefore, are able to provide end users with the best possible solutions for each specific project.

On becoming a member of the SI Alliance, each system integrator is fully trained on how to apply the T-BIS technologies and gets the support and resources needed to provide the best solutions.

This includes product and software training, online web support and technology update modules.

The SI Alliance is effectively a trust brand for end-users.

Before becoming a partner, each system integrator is fully assessed on a number of criteria including technical skills, quality management, financial management and project experience.

Members of the T-BIS SI Alliance will gain insight into its convergent approach to building management.

T-BIS, for its part, delivers intelligent building systems through energy metering and management; intelligent motor control; lighting, access and audiovisual control; security and data infrastructure.

"The training we provide enables systems integrators to keep their fingers on the pulse of fast moving technologies for buildings," stated Richard Hipkiss, marketing manager of T-BIS.

"Through these partnerships, we can better serve the needs of the building industry".

"It really is a win-win situation.".
