With so many drivers now affecting building specifications and electrical installations, Schneider Electric is staging a unique event on 9-10 June at Aintree Racecourse The event will consist of a series of 12 FREE seminars that will help unravel the complexities of today's hot issues and an exhibition featuring new products from the Schneider Electric brands

With new EU Directives and changes to the Building Regulations coming into force, combined with rising utility costs and an ever increasing desire to save energy and better manage building intelligence, there are inevitably new challenges and potential confusion in consulting, architecture, building services and electrical contracting.

The seminars at Aintree Racecourse will explain new regulations and shed light on new developments aimed at satisfying the increasing demand for sophisticated building solutions.

The seminar programme will cover a wide range of hot topics including energy efficiency, asset optimisation, reliability of electrical power systems and secure power, active harmonic mitigation, medium voltage and low voltage network distribution and protection, the Disability Discrimination Act and structured cabling.

The exhibition area will feature innovative products from Schneider Electric brands and divisions including Merlin Gerin, Telemecanique, Square D, Clipsal, Sarel, Mita Cable Management, MGE UPS.
