The Domae consumer unit from Square D, a brand of Schneider Electric, meets the need for a high quality unit at a competitive price for domestic and small commercial installations.

New metal clad versions of Domae are now available with optional lockable cover.

The comprehensive Domae range includes the KITBOX consumer unit packages complete with incoming devices and MCBs, as well as garage and shower consumer units for adding extra circuits to existing installations.

In addition the modular design also allows options such as RCCBs, switches, split load kits and outgoing MCBs to be bought separately for increased flexibility.

RCCBs are available in ratings of up to 100 A.

Domae is available in six metal clad and six insulated sizes ranging from 2-way to 16-way, all of which feature ample space for quick and easy installation.

Over 100 consumer unit and incoming devices configurations are possible using only the six consumer units and incomers.

Contractors can therefore carry a small range of components and can assemble the board on site to save time.

All outgoing MCBs are fitted securely onto a moulded DIN rail with a clip that needs no tools, while mains connections are made using a comb busbar that can be easily cut to length.

This is a big advantage when creating a split load board.

Domae is supplied as standard with neutral and earth bars, busbar, busbar shield, installation instructions and circuit identification labels.
