Close co-operation between subcontractors has ensured that the upgrade of critical electrical distribution equipment at the West Middlesex Hospital was completed within 48 hours.
It resolves all the problems associated with the delicate detection of transparent materials.
Its specific optics enable detection from the lens, therefore eliminating the "blind" zones where previously there was a risk of objects passing unnoticed! In line with the Osiconcept approach, adjustment is particularly simple: A single press on the "teach" button automatically adjusts the XUBT for the majority of applications and no re-adjustment is required in the event of the object being changed.
A second optional press enables fine adjustment for the more complicated transparent objects.
Included with the sensor is the new micro prism precision reflector XUZC50HP, to meet the most demanding applications.
The IP69K stainless steel versions are currently the only ones on the market.
Intended for severe environments and, in particular, food and beverage processing, they have excellent mechanical resistance.
The range is suited to all your applications including; food and beverage processing market, plastic or stainless steel products, packaging and conveyor systems.
There are variations available with line of sight along case axis or at 90deg to case axis.
Another benefit is the quick and practical installation achieved by the M12 connector or pre-cabled and NO/NC programming using "teach".
