Schneider Electric has pioneered moves toward simplifying electrical installations by pre-assembling distribution boards and accessories for plug and go connectivity.
Schneider Electric will be displaying its plug and go system that incorporates three phase and single phase distribution boards, Canalis busbar trunking to final circuit accessories.
Schneider Electric will show future developments that will speed up the installation of the buildings electrical network that can help in the completion of projects on time and within budget.
The benefits of using a system like this are apart from speeding up installation time it reduces waste to zero as the system is pre designed.
The plug and go system is factory tested so errors are virtually reduced to zero and only final circuit tests need to be carried out by skilled electricians.
Schneider Electric will also be displaying its range of metering and monitoring devices from its Powerlogic range that will show how customers can meet the requirements of part L2 of the building regulations.
With such a broad range of options, there is a product to suit every facility and level within power distribution systems.
With the release of the 17th edition of the wiring regulations there are changes that increase the need of residual current devices and also that surge protection must be considered.
Schneider Electric will be demonstrating its range of RCD's including the RED range which are automatic testing and reclosing.
