Lunis leads the way for Siteco

A Siteco Lighting Systems product story

Siteco lighting systems Lunis range of minimalist recessed, surface and pendant mounted downlights incorporate other building services.

Siteco lighting systems has extended its multi-talented Lunis range of minimalist recessed, surface and pendant mounted downlights that can incorporate other building services such as loudspeakers, air handling units, sensors, sprinklers, detectors and information panels.

Controlled by high frequency gear, the flat, minimalist design of the new Lunis R recessed downlight for 40W or 55W circular fluorescent lamps with a 16mm T5 tube makes it ideal for use in shallow recess depths and concrete ceilings.

Add to that its ability to be dimmed and used with blue, green, yellow or red shutters and it is the ultimate platform for a wide variety of lighting tasks in offices, shops and public areas.

In addition, opal glass diffusers and collector lenses give narrow or wide beam characteristics while a stray light baffle minimises light spill to the ceiling void.

Manufactured from painted aluminium for the housing and pure aluminium for the specular reflector, its circular shape and symmetrical light distribution are used to best effect in lighting polygonal rooms or in stark contrast to rectangular luminaires.

The combination of a simple, formal design and use of quality manufacturing materials such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel and glass give the lighting system a discreet but distinctive look without being intrusive.
