Italian 'Olodum Cool' buried uplighter UK launch

Side Spa, a leading Italian lighting manufacturer, has launched its internationally acclaimed Olodum Cool buried uplighter into the UK market.

Following closely on the opening of its UK operation in January 2006, Side Spa, a leading Italian lighting manufacturer, has launched its internationally acclaimed Olodum Cool buried uplighter into the UK market.

Manufactured from die-cast aluminum with anti-slip or clear glass, the Olodum Cool is equipped with a thermical countertrim which inserts an air chamber and a double closure glass, ensuring the contact temperature on the surface glass is reduced to below 75C (as required by EN6 60598-1 for C3 classifications).

This cool lighting solution is supplied complete with integral control gear and the attractive fittings can be installed at locations used by both pedestrians and vehicles as they are designed to withstand a dead load of 2000 kg and a drive over speed of 25 km/h.
