Students Residence Moves Up A Grade Thanks To Sika

Trocal S, one of the single ply roofing membranes from market leader, Sika Limited, was recently used to waterproof a timber framed student accommodation building at Castle Street, in Leicester.
The challenge for the Trocal team was to waterproof the pre-manufactured decking cassettes which were welded once lifted onto the top of the building.
Installation of the Trocal S roofing system was carried out by specialist roofing licensee Q M Roofing of Dewsbury.
The advantages of using Trocal S for this particular project were design flexibility, speed and ease of laying.
Graduation for this student block came early!.
