Silent Gliss have launched their new Technical Collection - a range of flame retardant fabrics for Roller and Roman blinds, Skylight and Sliding Panel systems.

Containing over 30 different fabric cards and totalling over 300 fabrics, the collection offers fabric ranges covering standard 'full' fabrics as well as a wide selection of screens.

Each fabric type has been carefully selected for its suitability to the Silent Gliss hardware systems, with each product group being well represented in choice and colours.

The collection begins with the addition of an index card detailing each fabric in an easy to navigate grid, summarising a wide range of information such as suitable applications, fabric widths, colourways, composition and cleaning methods As well as including most of the well known and established fabrics, the collection has been extended to include the recently launched Colorama 3 and Ecorama, plus 4 new fabrics; Alutex, Aperture, Hi-Tech and Veroscreen.

Also included in the company presentation for the first time are the exclusive fabrics supplied to them by Alison White, Creation Baumann and Kvadrat.

Each card shows an example of each colour of the fabric in question, one slightly larger 'feeler sample' to allow customers to touch and manipulate the fabric to get a good understanding of how the fabric feels and also a large 'window sample' which allows for an appreciation of the light transmittance properties.

The reverse of the card clearly and concisely summarises the key properties of the fabric type and gives the light and solar transmittance properties by colour.

By combing the highest quality hardware systems and this range of carefully selected technical fabrics, Silent Gliss are able to offer the best choice for window treatments for commercial environments.

Other specialist, non flame retardant fabric collections are available for domestic applications, please enquire at Silent Gliss.
