Wire-Free Lighting Control For Buildings
Simmtronic SPR.3 addressable, wall or desk mounted radio switch plates are designed for use with its SPECS3 advanced lighting system, to provide totally wire-free lighting control solutions.
This wire-free installation offers advantages in many commercial locations ranging from listed buildings, where wiring channels are detrimental to the fabric of the building, through to modern buildings with extensive glass office partitioning where it may not be possible to wire up the appropriate switch sites discreetly In large commercial developments wiring is costly to install and in listed buildings channelling into the fabric of the building is often subject to constraints

With SPR.3 radio light switches the need for switch wiring is removed and customers can opt for a wire-free lighting control system.
In modern buildings with extensive glass partitioning these switches are simply adhered onto the glass at the optimum locations.
SPR.3 switches are the radio equivalent of the conventional light switch.
They have an excellent range, even in a partitioned office environment, and are fully programmable fully programmable to perform a wide variety of functions in scene or zonal control mode.
Each button may be individually configured to select or cycle between lighting scenes and the buttons can also be used to control different zones.
Simmtronic offer these switch plates in a choice of 1, 2, 4 and 8 button models, each powered by 2 x AAA type batteries.
Due to the high-efficiency electronic design and high data rate, the power drain is low enough to give up to 10 years battery life.

With no local receivers, just one aerial per controller, it does not use up inputs on the LCMs".
