The Guardian Media Group (Manchester Evening News) will be occupying several floors of this building and Simmtronic is preparing the lighting control scheme for the Cat B fit-out in conjunction with Merseyside consultants Ernest Griffiths and Son.
Building on its backbone system, the lighting controls will be tailored to the requirements of the incoming tenant with features including presence detection, switching, AV interfaces and some upgrading for dimming functions.
