Leading building services consulting engineers Silcock Dawson strengthens senior management team with new appointments.

With an already enviable track-record nation-wide, leading building services consulting engineers Silcock Dawson has further strengthened its position in the market with two senior appointments.

Paul Glendinning has been appointed as regional managing director for the firm's London office and Brian Hughes have been appointed as regional director for its Bristol office.

Both appointments have been made with a view to supporting the company through its next phase of ambitious development and growth.

Responsible for management and delivery of projects across various sectors they will ensure the continued excellence of Silcock Dawson is maintained through budget control and resourcing with direct reporting to the Board.

Joining from Hilson Moran Partnership, Paul Glendinning has specialised in building services associated with the commercial, retail and residential marketing sectors working on new build, refurbishment and fit-out schemes including assignments in the Far East.

Similarly, Brian Hughes boasts nearly 40 years experience in building services and the construction industry, with a particular focus in design management of projects in the commercial retail and education sectors.

This experience includes successful projects throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

With four UK offices, eight regional directors, 95 staff, a client list boasting many blue-chip companies including Prudential, Homebase, Dixons, Hammerson and PandO Developments and a turnover of more than GBP6.5 million year ending 2006, the company reports it is on target to achieve its 2007 predicted revenue of GBP8 million - a phenomenal 25 per cent growth from last year.
