A simple Security Rules Wizard in SIXNET's I/O Tool Kit is used to define rules that restrict access (incoming or outgoing) based upon IP address, IP ports, or any other capability of the IPtables Linux application which comes installed on IPm units as part of their standard firmware.
The SNMP add-on provides users with the ability to obtain valuable network management information from the SNMP agent (Simple Network Management Protocol) in their IPm controllers or RTUs.
