New homes developer, Skipton Properties, has appointed Ciara McCaffrey as its sales manager.
New homes developer, Skipton Properties, has appointed Ciara McCaffrey as its sales manager.
The new role will see Ciara working closely with sales director, Sarah Verity, to spearhead sales and marketing strategies and raise the profile of Skipton Properties housing developments.
Said Sarah Verity: "The company is rapidly growing and now work on Grove Mills (the company's largest development to date) is in progress a strong candidate was required to help with sales and marketing".
Ciara, aged 25, has recently completed two years studying at Leeds Building College and is now a qualified site manager.
"I believe this gives me an edge as it enables me to understand the fundamentals of building and construction," says Ciara, who lives in Chapel Allerton, Leeds.
Her first taste of the property industry began at the age of 16 when she collected rent for her uncle in Belfast.
Despite diversifying into running a dance studio she moved to England two years ago and took up a full time career in property.
However, dance still plays a part in her life as she practices salsa dancing in her spare time.
Established in 1986, Skipton Properties, based in Crosshills, is one of the region's most respected residential property developers with a reputation for quality design, high standards of workmanship and build.
The company provides high quality domestic housing with most of its current projects based on brownfield sites along Keighley's Worth Valley area and Bingley canal frontage.
