The GSM Alarm uses SMS text messages to inform the user of any activity on any one of its 8 inputs.
Each input, or event, can be used to trigger up to 10 alarm messages to a maximum of 10 different recipients.
If your preference is to send your alarm message as a fax rather than an SMS, this can also be performed by this simple device.
In addition to the 8 inputs the GSM Alarm has 1 output, which can be triggered by an incoming message triggering the open collector output.
The messages and recipient numbers are stored on the SIM card and which is best programmed via the optional SIM card programmer.
The device is powered with 8-38 Vdc or 6-29Vac, can operate in temperatures of -10 to +55 C, is a dual band GSM device and is available with either an integral or external antenna.
