Ian brings a wealth of controls industry experience to Sontay.
He joins from manufacturer of control valves and actuators, Sauter Automation, where he was employed as Northern Area Sales Manager.
Prior to this, Ian worked at Johnson Controls as an internal estimator, designing the building management systems.
"Becoming part of the team at Sontay is a great opportunity for me to work for a company with market presence, who know where they want to be and who listen to their staff" said Ian of his new employers.
"I wanted to be a part of that." Mark comes to Sontay with 18 years experience in the building services sector.
Previously Mark was managing director at Coster Environmental Control, a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of gas safety and control products for the HVAC industries.
He has also worked in sales and business development for secondary utility meters company Meters UK, and undertook sales roles at Siger Gas Detection, Western Automation and Sunvic Controls.
"I've known Sontay for a good few years from a customer's perspective." said Mark.
"They are a forward thinking company with a great reputation for product and service.
I'm very much looking forward to the opportunity".
