Debut of Helios electric infrared heaters

The new Helios electric infrared heaters make their debut at the DIY and GARDEN SHOW 2005

Scott Products will be exhibiting at the DIY and Garden Show 2005, 16th -18th January, Earls Court 2, London.

Showcased for the first time will be the newly launched Helios Electric Infrared range of heaters.

Stand G25 will also feature the Pack-MateR family of compression bags, Corona heaters and Convair coolers.

The DIY and Garden Show consistently attracts more top name DIY and hardware exhibitors than any other UK event as well as visitors from every type of outlet and over 30 countries.

Ultra-efficient for use both indoors and out, the new Helios units heat people and objects but not the ambient air, making them ideal for patio heating.

The heaters are extremely economical offering a substantial 92% efficiency unlike 38% offered by alternative products including LPG patio heaters and medium wave IR heaters.

What's more, Helios needs only a super-fast 2 seconds in order to reach full heat output! These revolutionary units are not only more efficient for heat output, but are also safer, cleaner, exceptionally easy to use and they feature no heavy gas cylinders to lug about.

Helios heaters are available in two types, outdoor and indoor.

The Helios outdoor heater is equipped with a waterproof cast aluminium housing and tempered protective glass lens.

The units can be supplied as free-standing heaters, ready-wired, complete with tripod stand, 10m of cable and an RCD safety plug.

Alternatively, they can be ordered without lead and plug, ready to be wall-mounted and to supply.

Helios indoor heaters are available in two models: the Helios Varma Spot heater-1.3kW and the Helios Gold heater-2.0kW.

Both models are suitable for wall mounting or for use with the stylish stand with the solid base and the gold coloured fittings.

Also exhibited on Stand G25 will be Pack-Mate, the ultimate space saving solution available exclusively from Scott.
