Warwickshire construction specialists, SOL West Midlands are developing the GBP 1.5m high specification offices on the Blackpole East Trading Estate in North Worcester.

Warwickshire construction specialists, SOL West Midlands are developing the GBP 1.5m high specification offices on the Blackpole East Trading Estate in North Worcester.

Block S on the 19-acre site owned by Lansdowne Rodway Estates is due for completion on March the 11th 2008.

SOL West Midlands team of construction professional's work across the full spectrum of building sectors, with considerable experience constructing new buildings in the corporate sector.

Divisional Director at SOL West Midlands Terry J Marsh commented on the project, "We are pleased to be associated with this prestigious contract that will also raise our profile in this very important area of the Midlands.

The offices will be leased and we feel sure the incoming businesses will be delighted with the high quality standards of the finished buildings together with the versatile workspace provided".

The modern development of two mirror image two story office units comprises a steel frame structure, atrium, second floor plant room, pre-cast concrete floors and curtain walling.

PCC floors will be laid throughout and both buildings will benefit from air conditioning.

The land surrounding the development will also be landscaped with decorative fountains and water features.

Lansdowne Rodway Estates develops and manages property throughout Worcestershire and has a range of modern, refurbished and older premises together with recently developed office space and commercial units, such as the Blackpole East Offices.

In recent years 25,000 sq.ft of office and commercial space has been built in Worcestershire and 2005 sees the completion of a further 10,000 sq.ft of new Grade A office accommodation.
