SOL West Midlands are scheduled to complete this month the GBP3.8m project to construct an impressive two storey contemporary building for Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.

The innovative development will consist of a state of the art sports facility, which includes changing facilities, office.

storage areas and an ultra modern science block featuring laboratories, classrooms teacher and pupil areas, restrooms and other associated areas.

This new facility will meet all relevant legislations with a minimum 50-year life span with regards to air-tightness as well as a full sprinkler system and under floor heating.

This new addition to the school also is being built with a solid laminate rain screen cladding system and has been constructed to meet with the latest acoustic requirements.
