Excellent month for Solaglas Contracting with more than GBP4.3-million worth of new orders secured.

Key wins in June 2008 include:.

* a GBP2,071,000 curtain walling, doors and roof glazing contract from Shepherd Construction for Burnley College.

The project will incorporate 25 shades of coloured glass to represent the different education areas of the college.

* a GBP286,000 curtain walling contract from Rok Build for Fife Retail Park.

* a GBP463,000 contract with Pearce Group to provide the stairwell curtain walling for 50 new Junior Ranks Single living Accommodation (JRSLA) blocks at Salisbury Plain Garrison in Wiltshire.

* a GBP183,000 refurbishment project for West Bromwich Albion FC, incorporating 250sqm of sliding panes for the corporate boxes, as well as glass for the Sky TV studio.
