44 Scandinavian style, timber framed, holiday homes in Wiltshire is a superb example of an ecologically sound, sustainable and cost effective, residential style development.

The Wiltshire Leisure Village, in Wootton Bassett, is the brainchild of owner and former newspaper Mogul, Eddie Shah.

The first phase comprises 44 Scandinavian style, timber framed, holiday homes and is a superb example of an ecologically sound, sustainable and cost effective, residential style development.

In addition to other environmentally friendly features, each of the luxury holiday homes incorporate Daikin's "Altherma' air-to-water heat pumps for space heating and domestic hot water, supplied by the Daikin distributors - Space Air.

The 'Altherma' system exploits renewable energy by absorbing free heat from the ambient air and can typically deliver at least three times more heat (kW) than the amount of electricity (kW) consumed.
