New Cable Support System

JezMat is a smooth-based mat designed to meet the installation requirements of CAT6 cabling systems, providing a smooth, resilient, anti static, zero halogen and fire rated support for data cables.

JezMat meets the requirements of CAT6 by raising the cables off the floor, preventing them from being laid directly onto an uneven floor surface, thus eliminating the risk of flood damage or of attenuation by running over an uneven surface.

Since the introduction of the original JezMat system, the speed of installation and cost advantages has been appreciated by all of our clients.

Many of our clients have specific requirements to meet their individual site needs.

Working closely with them we have developed the following products.

JezMat plus 13 To ensure even greater protection from flooding, the new JezMat plus system has been developed.

It is formed to give a total depth of 13mm and has a 'built in' adhesive fixing strip to ensure an even faster method of installation.

It is manufactured in various colours and widths in 2 or 3 meter lengths.

Unlike rubber matting solutions which are susceptible to compression under load, the JezMat plus system will far exceed the weight load of 100kgs/m which is the recommended weight for the maximum depth of cable.

The system is ridged and, therefore, will span deviations in the floor, avoiding any puddles that can occur with an uneven surface or in the event of flooding.

The system can easily be cut or trimmed on site using either a craft knife or jig saw.

JezMat plus can be colour coded for route designation, making installation and identification of cable routes almost fool-proof.

JezTray Smooth Based CABLE TRAY This light weight, smooth-based plastic Cable Tray system provides a cost effective alternative to traditional steel cable tray.

Each length is secured together with snap-in connectors and fish plate base joints to provide a secure smooth transition from one section to the next.

When loaded with data cables, the JezTray can carry the same capacity of cables as a conventional steel tray.

As with all JezMat products, JezTray can be cut to length by using a craft knife or saw, leaving no sharp edges and thus eliminating a health hazard.

Factory made fittings are manufactured with gusseted corners, to ensure safe passage of cables that can turn through ninety-degree bends.

All JezTray can be screened against electromagnetic interference (E.I.) and be fitted with a protective lid.

The JezTray can be produced in variable sidewall and width combinations, to suit client's requirements.

To delineate specific cable runs, the JezTray can be constructed with 'in built' compartments which run the length of the section and are formed from the same material.

Considerable cost savings can be made by the installation of just one multi compartment tray as compared with the installation of several individual tray units.
