As part of its continuing expansion, London-based architect and property consultancy Sprunt has announced that it has opened a new office in Bristol.

As part of its continuing expansion, London-based architect and property consultancy Sprunt has announced that it has opened a new office in Bristol Situated in north Bristol, and designed to support the firm's growing west of England client base, the new office is being headed up by Sprunt associate, John Taphouse

Taphouse who spent four years in charge of the firm's Consultancy team in London, will carry on managing Sprunt's consultancy services clients from the Bristol office, with continued support from the firm's central-London headquarters.

Boasting more than 17 years of construction-industry experience, Taphouse specialises in reviewing existing management processes, the introduction of effective procedures, procurement issues, works and services, and the development of partnerships.

He works closely with clients not only ensuring contracts meet the individual needs of an organisation but is also committed to the success of a contract being based on genuine team effort.

In addition, Taphouse is Partnering Adviser for a number of clients including Homes for Islington, Thames Valley Housing and Stadium Housing Association.
