Monowa Manufacturing Line Up With Alco Beldan
Monowa Manufacturing is the latest company to line up alongside Alco Beldan as part of the growing Accordial Group who specialise in acoustic movable walls and sliding folding screens.
Since then, the division has seen a 300% increase in sales growth in 2005 compared with 2004 (prior to the division being established).
Turnover for the first quarter of 2006 has already surpassed turnover for the whole of 2005, making SpectraROOF the most dynamic and fastest growing supplier in the single ply sector.
Anthony Carlyle, Divisional Sales Director, describes the success of SpectraROOF: "The division is enjoying increasing success thanks largely to the performance of our TPE membranes and our commitment to delivering extensive support to our network of specialist contractors.
The single ply market is benefiting from the increase in demand for rapidly constructed, lightweight buildings and is growing at an estimated rate of 20% a year.
Approximately 4 million m2 of single ply was laid in 2005 and many prestigious projects, including major airports, shopping centres and business parks now boast single ply roofing.
"Our TPE membranes are complimented by a full range of ancillaries giving a total package solution to most project requirements.
We are finding that once contractors have used our membranes and appreciated the ease-of-use, performance and finish of the products, as well as the support which the company delivers, they are becoming very loyal to the brand".
SpectraROOF consists of two brands: Spectraplan TPE and Armourplan PVC.
SpectraROOF has a team of seven sales and technical support staff, offering a high level of experience and expertise in the industry, and able to provide training, site support, technical assistance and generate specified work for the contractor network.
