Rooms and Views install Spectus conservatory

A Spectus Window Systems product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Apr 8, 2008

Rooms and Views has recently fitted a GBP45,000 533sq ft conservatory using the Spectus Elite 63 system and K2 roof to a new build property in the Flintshire countryside.

The large conservatory and 30 windows are all light oak woodgrain externally and white internally.

Roy Sales, Director at Rooms and Views, comments: "The conservatory is more than just an extension - it's a whole living space with a house attached! The customer specifically asked for the light oak woodgrain to keep in character with the outside of the property and the surrounding area.

"We work for several national housebuilders who are specifying colour more and more, especially the woodgrains, because their buyers are demanding a greater range of finishes.

With Spectus we can always meet demand, as the range of standard and bespoke finishes available is excellent".
