Strategic Team Group contract with Home Housing

Strategic Team Group, one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, awarded contract with Home Housing.

Strategic Team Group, one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, has been awarded a contract worth in excess of GBP672k with West Yorkshire-based Home Housing.

The design and build contract will take place at Gallows Hill Garages, Ripon, where Home Housing is intending to demolish the existing single storey garages on site and replace them with affordable homes for the community in the form of seven two to three bed properties.

It is estimated that the project will take 48 weeks from demolition to completion and that the site will assist Home Housing in achieving its objective of providing good quality, well equipped rented housing and services which local people can afford.

STG has significant experience within the social housing market and in 2006 completed a large number of design and build projects on behalf of various Housing Groups and Local Authorities across the UK.

The company's knowledge and expertise will assist in ensuring the smooth running of this project and deliver high quality, affordable homes to the Ripon community.
