STG helps English Churches Housing

Strategic Team Group, one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, has successfully completed a GBP400k project with English Churches Housing Group.

Strategic Team Group, one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, has successfully completed a GBP400k project with English Churches Housing Group (ECHG) which will enable the Group to provide 13 affordable, new homes this January.

The project involved the conversion of a large property based at 217-219 Mossley Road, Ashton Under Lyne, from a single house into 13 single bedroom flats.

STG was responsible for providing all building and refurbishment services for the self contained units and completed the project within the 20 week time scale and to budget.

ECHG undertook the project in order to be able to provide this type of housing to its clients at affordable prices and within the local area of Ashton Under Lyne.

Marilyn Haye, Project Manager at ECHG, said: "We are delighted that the project has been completed to a high standard well within time and also to budget".

"The 13 new properties are part of our supported housing scheme and will provide much needed accommodation for individuals needing single flats in the area".

ECHG is a registered social landlord throughout England.
