Strategic Team Group in the Sunday Times' prestigious 'Best Companies To Work For' supplement under the Best Small Companies category.
Strategic Team Group, one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, has had it's status as one of the country's best employers confirmed by appearing in the Sunday Times' prestigious Best Companies To Work For supplement under the Best Small Companies category.
Compiled by Best Companies , The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for lists are in their seventh year and use ground breaking research to recognise best practise in UK work places.
After initial nomination, participating companies undergo months of analysis including the surveying of employees, the surveying of the organisation, workplace visits and final selections.
The main emphasis of the research is an employee survey which assesses how employees feel about their employer and employment under eight key areas which have been proved to be considered the most important as part of the workplace experience.
These factors are as follows: leadership, my manager, personal growth, well being , my team, giving something back , my company and fair deal which examines pay and benefits.
The responses of STG team members resulted in the company appearing as number 88 in the 2007 Best Companies to Work For lists.

STG was also one of just 107 companies out of 434 organisations registered to be awarded Best Companies 's Two Star Accreditation Status.
Organisational success was determined using data from the 2007 Best Companies to Work For survey to create a star rating system where one star is first class, two stars are outstanding and three stars are extraordinary.
