STG drives new homes into Leeds area

Strategic Team Group awarded private contract with local developers, Stephen Lee and Paul Bryant, to construct 19 new luxury apartments in Roundhay, Leeds.

Appointed as the Design and Build Contractor for the project, STG has already begun work on the 52 week development based at Sutherland Avenue, Street Lane, Roundhay, Leeds.

The two blocks of apartments will be constructed to a high quality specification both externally and internally and will replace the business - Shaftesbury Motors - which previously operated from the site.

Stephen Lee and Paul Bryant, Developers and Site Owners, commented on the project: "We originally owned and ran Shaftesbury Motors from this site in Roundhay, but have taken the decision to retire from the motor repair industry and develop the land into prestigious new apartments".

STG has worked alongside us to agree a high quality design which will have visual impact and provide an internal finish aimed at the more discerning buyer.

The apartments are already available to purchase off plan and we expect great interest in the finished properties as a result of both quality and location." Charles Tweed, Business Development Director at STG, said: " his is a multimillion pound development and the results will be impressive.

The current site is ideal as a residential plot and the change of use should come as no surprise as a result of this.

STG will be on-site until approximately Summer 2008 when the project will be completed".
