Stokvis Energy Systems had added to its range of fully automatic and self-contained pressurisation units The company's Econopress PU131and PU151 units, which offer 3 and 5 Bar respectively, maintain the required system pressure in a closed loop heating or chilled water system

The single-pump, chassis-mounted units incorporate a single-phase, 240V bronze pump, pressure switch, pressure regulating valve, a four-gallon polypropylene break tank, and a base formed of mild steel, zinc-plated and treated to reduce the chemical reactivity of its surface.

Stokvis also offers the PU231 (3 Bar) and PU251 (5 Bar) twin pump single system chassis-mounted pressurisation units, plus the PU232 and PU252 twin pump dual system chassis-mounted pressurisation units.

All six of the compact (680mm wide by 485mm deep by 520mm high) pressurisation units incorporate 32mm suction pipework made from PVC-u plastic.

The discharge pipework is andfrac12;in BSP galvanised steel, and a non-return valve and pressure regulating valve are also included.

Pre-assembled high and low pressure switches for boiler and chiller control interface can be supplied as an option.

A comprehensive range of optional extras include:.

- Free-standing system expansion vessel.

- Wall mounting brackets.

- Buffer vessel.

- High and low pressure alarms.
