The new Econopress Mini Pressurisation Set from Stokvis Energy Systems is an extremely compact, wall-mounted unit .

This very small, easy to install unit houses one or two small pressurisation pumps and associated control equipment for connecting to heating or cooling installations in large domestic dwellings or small commercial applications.

All the equipment is mounted in a tough white powder-coated casing with a clear flush-mounted pressure gauge on the front of the unit to indicate the system pressure.

The cabinet houses a small make-up tank with its own filling valve assembly, complying with the Water Regulations Guide, a hydraulic pump capable of producing a pressure between 0.7 to 2.4 bar, pressure control switch, control circuit fuse, terminals and wiring.

The Mini Pressurisation Set, which can easily and quickly be connected to a 240V single-phase supply, requires no pipework lagging between the system and the expansion vessels, reducing installation time and costs still further.

All the connections are easily accessed from the bottom of the unit, and its pressure setting can be adjusted simply by turning a knurled knob on the pressure switch to the desired value, using the pressure gauge as a guide.

The pump unit uses a self-priming piston pump with a maximum flow rate of 80 litres/hr at a generated pressure of 2.4 bar.

The 4.5 litre capacity make-up tank complies with the stringent requirements of WRC byelaw 11 regulation, and the unit's pressure switch can be adjusted between 0.7 and 6 bar.

The Mini Pressurisation Set weighs just 8.5kg empty, and measures a compact 350mm wide by 300mm high by 200mm deep.
