Ballistic-resistant doors designed and manufactured by security specialists Strataform have helped secure a large police armoury in the North of England Designed with inner sliding grille gates, the high quality security doors have been independently tested (BS EN 1522:2000, Level FB 6) to protect personnel from accidental discharges and also prevent break-ins

Part of the acclaimed Sentinel 8000 physical security range, Strataform's doors have been successfully tested against firearms up to and including 7.62mm x51 NATO rifles.

This latest project by Strataform follows the recent installation of more than a dozen cell doors at one of the UK's largest magistrate's courts.

Approved by HM Prison Service's Property Services Group, the doors are in the Sentinel 8000 range that also includes laminated glass observation windows, ventilation grilles, textured stainless steel finishes, electric release locks and lock variations.

Strataform also designs and manufactures a comprehensive choice of security cabinets, kiosks, screens, observation windows, benches and tables - all to very high security standards.
