SuperTherm SewerJet is the latest sewer jetting hose addition to the Stauff Flex range.
Sheffield based Stauff UK is expanding its range of hoses under the Stauff Flex brand, to include thermoplastic based products.
An exclusive agreement has been signed with the Indian manufacturer Polyhose , who will produce a wide variety of hose under the Stauff Flex brand and specification, initially for the UK market.
This will include sewer jetting hoses as well as paint spray, 10,000 PSI Jack hoses and a wider range for hydraulic applications.
The jetting hose, which is to be marketed under the Stauff Flex 'SuperTherm SewerJet' brand, is seen as a particularly valuable additional product.
The Stauff Flex brand has already been well established in the UK market, with a complete range of rubber wire braid and spiral braid hydraulic hoses, hot and cold wash hoses and PTFE based hose and all associated connectors.
Stauff are building a new factory and warehouse facility on a 7.2 acre site in Sheffield where hose assembly production has already been established utilising the very latest assembly machinery | techniques | testing | cleaning facilities.
When completed, the site will also host all of their extensive tube bending operations, plus a computerised picking tower and warehousing for the full range of hydraulic pipework components and accessories.
As well as selling direct to major OEM's and users from Sheffield or one of 8 regional branches, Stauff are also developing a network of Stauff Local outlets.
These are partnership agreements that ensure commitment from both Stauff and the operator (not a franchise) to fully develop and service local markets.
Having such products as the sewer jet hose will provide a valuable addition to the StauffLocal package as well as providing 'over the counter' availability to cleaning operators in need of urgent replacements.
Stauff UK is part of the privately owned German based Stauffenberg manufacturing and distribution group, with operations in 14 countries providing global support for a host of major hydraulic accessory products in many markets.
