If the customer has special requirements or a slight change to the standard specification, Design Solution's service will meet your needs.

Our standard batch controllers are: the SY005, SY015 (and SY015W), SY017 and the low-cost SY035.

All of these products provide class leading performance and reliability that our numerous repeat customers will testify to.

The SY005 Batch Weight Controller links to load cells for weighing and batching control.

Installation is simple with direct loadcell connections, through internal amplifiers.

The SY005 has an intelligent self learning feature to adapt to its load cell inputs and relay outputs.

Using its loss in weight dispensing system, the unit measures the actual weight of the previous delivery and compares it to the specified delivery, the next delivery is adjusted accordingly, and the measurements are continuously monitored to increase the output accuracy, to reduce the chance of overrun.

Whereas the SY015W, again offers similar features to the SY005, but is more useful for larger industrial systems as it has an external amplifier which is needed when there are long distances between the controller and the load cell.

The signal is converted to a frequency output rather than voltage, as frequency signals are not degraded over long distances.

Therefore the unit offers remote control of the system without any loss in signal accuracy.

The SY015 offers very similar features to the SY015W, but links to flowmeters for accurate batching of fluids.

The SY017 Multi-Recipe Batch Weight Controller from Synectic Design is an extremely intelligent batch weight controller, which can store up to 99 recipes with up to 16 separate ingredients.

As with all Synectic Design products, the SY017 is sophisticated yet simple to operate.

The SY017 is primarily design for weighing applications, but equally capable of dealing with liquids too.

Finally the SY035 is a low-cost weight indicator, from loadcell input - to show the contents of the tank.

It has two setpoints (essentially one high and one low) for simple tank monitoring.

All controllers have easy to use fully numeric keypads, with clear 6 digit LED displays.

They are packaged in compact square panel mountings, with minimum depth of for simpler installation.
