UNITEST begins production of HOME ALONER
System Sensor Company, known in many countries as manufacturers of fire detecting sensors, has declared a true war to its Russian competitor, UNITEST Company, Moscow.
UNITEST has recently began production of HOME ALONER, its new original fire warning device This device includes fast defects correction technologies, developed by the company, which allows to constantly maintain the fire alarm system in good order during the whole operation term

The reaction to of the Moscow company's new product was System Sensor representatives' repeated publications in the press, organization of "round table" discussions etc, where they try to prejudice the public against the fire detecting sensor itself and the Moscow company.
This is how Mr Ovchinnikov, UNITEST Director General comments on these events: Statistically, almost half of all fires take place due to defects of fire alarms.
The essence of our approach to provision of the equipment security during operation consists in the fact, that if it is impossible to prevent the detector to suddenly break down, fast defects correction of the alarm system must be provided.
Automatic detector self-diagnostic and operability signaling to operator's desk are basic principles in this approach.
Undoubtedly, most known constructions satisfy these requirements, in particular, analogue addressable fire detecting sensors, which System Sensor promotes, but we found a simpler, cheaper and wittier decision.
Our detecting sensor in case of fault detection performs automatic self-withdrawal out of the alarm chain, and this makes it compatible with any traditional fire-alarm desk.
The advantage is obvious for small premises: increase of security with the same cost.
Mr Ovchinnikov also marks that UNITEST has acquired a patent for the engineering solution, and this apparently contravenes System Sensor's plans for Russia.
