There is the carefully selected brand of coffee, the choice of furniture and fittings, the use and positioning of the logo and a host of other features - even the style and type of pens and pencils used - all carefully defined in a blueprint to be replicated in every showroom in the world.
Perhaps it is this attention to detail throughout the company's history that has helped establish the Lamborghini name as a truly familiar global brand in such a relatively short time span.
Surprisingly it was only just over 40 years ago, in 1963, that Ferruccio Lamborghini opened his factory, at Sant' Agata near Bologna, delivering the first car twelve months later.
Since then around 8,000 Lamborghinis have been manufactured and remarkably 7,000 can still be accounted for, owned by enthusiasts or found in private or public collections.
Addressing the showroom acoustics problem.
Lamborghini London's general manager, Dominic Lancaster, picks up the story: "2003 saw the introduction of the new highly acclaimed 'Gallardo', with a top speed of 190mph and a price tag of £117,000.
This closely followed the launch of the Murci?lago during 2001 and we needed a relaxing showroom environment that would allow people to appreciate both of these exceptional cars.
The immediate problem with any showroom is that they combine sound-reflective surfaces with a spacious area, resulting in unacceptable acoustics.
So apart from the general aesthetic considerations, one of our designer's first priorities was to address that particular problem".
An effective, seamless attractive sound management system.
The StoSilent acoustic suspended ceiling system from Sto Ltd was a natural choice for the showroom environment, where it combines effective sound management capability with an attractive seamless design.
StoSilent Panels, which are made from 96% recycled blown glass and a binder, have a porous surface with high levels of acoustic absorption over a wide range of frequencies, particularly in the speech band frequency of between 500-4000 hertz.
The almost micro porous characteristic of the panels overcome reverberation time (RT) by absorbing the sound from the showroom, where it is taken behind the board into the void, converted into heat and effectively disappears.
The substrate is coated with StoSilent Superfein acoustic fibre-free plaster, on this occasion in a white finish, but available in a choice of 465 colours in total from the StoColor system.
Two large air conditioning units and a number of heavy lights also had to be incorporated into the lightweight suspended acoustic ceiling and Sto Technical Consultants and on-site Technical Advisors were on hand to advise on their installation.
The installation of the StoSilent acoustic suspended ceiling system was carriedt out by Aztec Solutions, one of Sto's interiors approved installers.
Managing Director Adrian Buckmaster says, "The seamless finish to the ceiling gives an appearance of a simple installation but the frame behind the StoSilent panels had to overcome the tapered shape of the showroom and the many M and E appliances within the ceiling.
The levelling of the boards is critical to the quality of the finished system to create the seamless and blemish free surface.
We are pleased with the result and especially happy to be associated with the name of Sto and Lamborghini".
Durable, practical, reflective walls.
The surface of the walls and pillars need to be attractive, easily cleaned, maintenance-free and durable enough to withstand the inevitable day-to-day knocks and bumps experienced in every showroom environment.
StoDecor Prim, a pure acrylic, cement-free, interior plaster system met the requirements perfectly.
Part of the new StoD?cor interior plaster systems range, StoDecor Prim has the high performance qualities of a Sto through-coloured, low-maintenance, decorative acrylic resin plaster and can be applied straight on to primed, newly boarded walls.
The system is also vapour permeable, solvent, plasticiser and emission free offering a safe environment for both installer and client.
There is a choice of three textured finishes, each of which offer excellent protection and there are 800 colours to choose from in the StoColor System.
Specifically, the MP finish was selected, which has an aggregate grain of just 0.5mm and results in a very smooth, hardwearing surface.
The plaster chosen was a white through-colour finish coated with StoColor Latex paint, which further enhances the white, improving its reflectiveness around the room still further.
This latex finish also provides added protection to the plaster and is washable and scrub resistant to BS EN13300 Class 1.
StoDecor systems have successfully met the required standards in a succession of fire tests and the StoD?cor Prim system was tested on a gypsum board substrate achieving BS 476 part 6 and 7 Class 1/0 using a StoDecolit plaster finish.
Black to finish.
The cars themselves sit on a catwalk, some eight inches high, which is faced with metal panelling.
The panelling is sprayed matt black, with a finish that gives it the look of sand-blasted glass.
The black panelling extends to the wall and then runs as a full height cladding feature behind reception and along to the customer lounge area.
The perfect finish for a genuinely sophisticated interior.
