The controller sits directly on a buildings existing Ethernet network, reducing the need for additional software and more importantly, additional costs.

Using an embedded web server, access and monitoring is achieved via standard web browsers from anywhere at anytime while the intuitive graphical display requires minimal training ensuring that there is little impact on the routine of the business.

The Xenta 700 is not only capable of directly controlling heating and lighting systems but also integrating seamlessly with security and access control systems in addition to third party products including intelligent energy meters via onboard open interfaces.

The Xenta 700, part of the TAC Vista family, is based on a totally open architecture, thus giving customers freedom of choice in selecting products from a wide range of suppliers and yielding true vendor independence.

TAC Vista runs on Microsoft Windows with standard LAN communication on Ethernet or fibre optics using TCP/IP and standard network equipment.

Field bus communication features the open LonWorks technology, which is used by more than 3,000 vendors worldwide.
