TRADA Technology has published two new Wood Information Sheets, now available to view on the website.
'Timber Frame Construction: Site control' breaks down the construction stages into a clear site control plan for project managers and highlights typical responsibilities for each member of the construction team Detailed pre-planning is required to keep the construction process on track, to maximise the practical and financial benefits the speed of construction of timber frame can bring

TRADA Technology new Wood Information Sheet, Specifying wood-based panels for structural use, to assist sellers, buyers and specifiers to understand new requirements.
The second WI Sheet, 'Cladding for timber frame buildings', produced in association with the UK Timber Frame Association, describes the main types of cladding as well as the key requirements of building regulations.
It will also assist designers with correct specification and installation of external cladding on timber frame structures.
