LEAF award winners at The Building
Centre.
LEAF award winners 2005 are being showcased at The Building Centre.
Following the 3rd annual Leading European Architects Forum (LEAF) held at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I, Barcelona, Spain between 15-18 September 2005 The Building Centre in London will be hosting a two week event between 20th October and 3rd November featuring the Award Winners which is being sponsored by Vogue UK Limited The LEAF Awards honour the architects, products and designs that set the benchmark within the European design and build marketplace

The LEAF Awards are organised by SPG Media Events, who also organise the Leading European Architects Forum (www.leaf-forum.com), LEAF-Interiors (www.leaf-interiors.com) and LEAF-Contractors (www.leaf-contractors.com).
Nearly 250 senior executives from major architectural practices from across Europe and North America gathered in Barcelona to network, develop key business relationships and gain a greater understanding of the ever changing European design and build sector.
There were a total of nine individual categories and one overall winner.

Awards Judges The LEAF Awards judging panel consisted of a five member jury of distinguished, independent professionals who sought to recognise strategic excellence, marketplace impact and above all innovation and practical developments that have both challenged and changed the way we consider and evaluate the buildings of today.
The panel was chaired by Peter Murray, founder Director of the London Architecture Biennale and Exhibition Director of New London Architecture at The Building Centre.
The Building Centre with over 70 years of experience in providing information is used as an authoritative reference service by building professionals and general specifiers, a centre of activity and a forum for the construction industry.
It represents the UK's largest permanent product exhibition and independent source of information on products and materials for building, design and architecture.
