Building Centre supports LEAF Awards
Building Centre supports Best Material Supplier of the Year category in the Emirates Glass LEAF Awards, one of the highest international accolades in the architectural and design sector.
The Building Centre, the independent forum dedicated to providing information and inspiration across all sectors of the build environment, is investing in a major new marketing initiative by sponsoring the Best Material Supplier of the Year category at the prestigious Emirates Glass LEAF Awards.
Now in their fourth year, the Awards will be presented at a spectacular dinner in London on 29 November 2007 at the Waldorf Hilton, hosted by Maxwell Hutchinson a past president of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), renowned architect and TV and radio broadcaster.
The Emirates Glass LEAF Awards are open to all companies, technologies and individuals that have made an outstanding international contribution to the world of architecture, and who continue to set the benchmark for the buildings of tomorrow.
John Gibson, director at The Building Centre said: "With the LEAF Awards rapidly becoming one of the most prestigious international recognised architectural prize, recognising both creativity and excellence in design and build, the Building Centre is very proud to lend its support to the Best Material Supplier of the Year Awards category".
Simona Kastly, LEAF project director commented "The Emirates Glass LEAF Awards recognise the strategic importance, impact and, above all, the innovation and practical developments that both challenge and change the way we consider and evaluate the buildings of tomorrow".
