Intelligent Homes and Workplaces is a design, technology and product showcase that will take place in The Building Centre's Launchpad Gallery.

Intelligent Homes and Workplaces from 20th November until 31st Jan 2009.

It will focus on how new architecture in the residential and commercial sectors can incorporate intelligent, convenient and sustainable solutions for automatic or remote control of services and facilities around the home and office.

The exhibition will feature the very best in building control and living systems that can be adopted for both new build as well as retro fit to existing properties.

It will cover innovation in technology, case studies, application of automation techniques, different architectures and planning as well as service providers.

With the rapid pace of today's technology it is even easier to achieve effective solutions to controlling such services as:.

* HVAC.

* Lighting.

* Networking.

* Home Cinema.

* Audio.

* Environmental Controls.

* Surveillance.
