BRE is sponsoring a 'Watertight' conference on developing integrated solutions to flooding risks, to be held at its Watford headquarters on 7th March 2006 The building research establishment points out that currently more than two million properties in England and Wales are at risk from flooding, a figure likely to rise as climate change progresses
