Ray O'Rourke is one of the most influential figures in the UK construction industry.
Laing O'Rourke is responsible for some of the largest projects in the UK ranging from the Birmingham Bullring to Terminal 5 at Heathrow.
Laing O'Rourke is also the delivery partner for London's 2012 Olympics.
Brian Bruce is group chief executive of South Africa based construction and engineering group Murray and Roberts.
With 42,000 employees Murray and Roberts operates in Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, Australasia and North America.
One of their most internationally celebrated projects is the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai - the first seven star hotel in the world.
